| ABOUT THE CONFERENCE Who has not gazed with wonder at the night sky? What is out there? What we will find there? What can we learn there? Where do we fit in? And how did it all begin?
These questions have perplexed people for thousands of years, and the searched answers have flashes advances of the scientific revolution before 20th century. Nowadays, the full picture of the real vastness, diversity, and exceeding incongruity of the Universe come into focus and explore more the study of Astronomy.
ASTRO conference aims to serve as platform for astronomers, researchers, scientists, academics, and people who are in search of answers they have in mind about the Universe. It aims to be a centre of discussion, exchanging ideas, new development, new research result, new topic or interest for research of all people involved in the field of Astronomy. CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS - The Conference Proceedings (Print ISSN: 2315-4217, E-Periodical ISSN: 2315-4225) will be indexed by EBSCO,CrossRef, ProQuest and will be submitted to Scopus, ScienceDirect and Cabell's Directories amongst others, where applicable. - Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards will be conferred at the conference (in order to qualify for the award, the paper must be presented at the conference). - ASTRO 2013 will also constitute a Special Panel Session. - Panel Proposals are invited for submission to the ASTRO 2013. A minimum of three papers centering on a specific topic will be accepted for submission under Panel Category.
