This is the dark, often repressed, unconscious part of your psyche.
It's all those things about yourself that you don't love.
What we often label as "negative" emotions, that we want to reject.
The thing is, rejecting them is about the worst thing you could do if you want to get rid of them.
And if you want to be able to connect with someone emotionally — around either "positive" or "negative" emotions — you have to really know and understand your own emotions.
And not be afraid of the dark ones. |
